It’s Mailbag Time!

mailbag_crop_exact

It’s mailbag time.

The first 101 Books mailbag back in December went fairly well, so let’s do it again!

Got a question for me—about the Time list, my blog, my blogging process, books in general, or how to grill a pretty freaking good steak? Then fire away in the comments.

I’ll take a bunch of your questions and answer them in Friday’s post.

Check out the first 101 Books mailbag to get a feel for what’s been asked. If I didn’t answer your question from the first mailbag, I’ll do my best to get to it this time around.

Write your question in the comments, and I’ll answer them in Friday’s post. If you have a blog, leave a link and I’ll link to it in the response.

So that’s the plan. Thanks for participating!

Nick’s Famous Bar-B-Q (NOT Jim and Nick’s). It’s freaking amazing. They don’t have a restaurant location but you can pick up a bucket in a lot of local grocery stores.

  4. I never got the book you said I won. It was Revolution Road. I sent my address to your blog.

    • Did you see my recent email? It’s on the way. I never saw your email until recently and couldn’t find your address.

  5. In all the books on the list that you have read, what character do you identify with the most? And, if you could be one of the characters, who would you be?

What’s your favorite book of all time that’s not on the Time list?

  7. Although I don’t plan on basing my blog around reading the Time 100 novels, I would like to read them anyway because I’m a Lit major and I enjoy a good challenge. However, I’m finding it difficult to cut out time to read them (on top of the reading for my classes) and perhaps a (slight) lack of motivation. How do you stay motivated and determined to complete the list when life in general consumes your time? Also, I just want to say that you have a fantastic blog.

Sometimes I can tell a classic book is good but still don’t like it. Are your lowest-ranked books simply not your taste, or do you think there are genuinely bad books on the list?
