Seinfeld’s Take On Reading in Public Restrooms
As I expected, the topic of Friday’s post–reading in public restrooms–is mostly a male phenomenon.
Many of you weren’t aware that this was public safety issue. And while it might not be an issue for Congressional oversight, it was at least notable enough to have a Seinfeld episode about it.
So, if you’re in need of a good laugh on this Monday morning, I suggest you take the 4 minutes to watch this video, which shows the entire plotline around George’s public restroom reading mistake.
Yes, guys actually do this. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.

Wonderfully put. I had forgotten that sceries.
“If it wasn’t for toilets, we wouldn’t have books.” George is full of wisdom.
As a Seinfeld junkie, I knew Costanza was a public restroom reader, but I had no idea that public restrooms had such a wide readership in real life. Hahaha!
“It’s entrapment!” I love that part.
